Refunds & Returns

Given the exclusivity of each piece, we do not offer returns or refunds. Bijoutier London are committed to ensuring quality in all our products with rigorous quality control measures in place at each stage of production. Each piece is embellished by hand with love and we take great care to ensure each order is fulfilled in perfect condition.

Please feel free to contact us for advice on colours, sizing and fabrics. We aim ensure absolute satisfaction.

Cancellation of orders must be notified within 6 hours of placing order in order to receive full refund.

 

Exchanges

We want you to feel like your best self in our pieces and Bijoutier London offers a size advice within the product description of each product. Please use this for reference when deciding on the size of your item as that may describe the fit and material used to help with this decision. 

We understand that not all items will fit every individual as expected and we will accept exchanges for this reason. On the condition that the product is returned in the original condition with the tags still attached, they are unworn and without odour or perfume and aren’t damaged or marked in any way. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet these conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order. We will not allow exchange more than once.

Before shipping an item back to us, please request a return authorisation request from our returns department within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing info@bijoutier.co.uk with your order number and the below details:

  • The original email/name you used when purchasing the item & your order number.
  • The name of the item 
  • The size of the item you ordered, and a detailed description of the issue 
  • The item you would like it to be exchanged for (please note you can only exchange it to items of the same value or above)

We will then provide you with an address to return your item to and process for you as quickly as possible. 

*Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return/exchange back to us if there are no faults with your item. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. In a rare incident that the item has arrived with a fault, we will reimburse the returns delivery cost within 7-10 working days of informing us of the problem. The return must get to us within 7 days (UK) & 14 days (Rest of the world) from the date you have contacted us about your return.

*Disclaimer: we request all orders be checked thoroughly within 24hrs of receiving goods. We will not be liable for any damages reported beyond this point.

*Excludes one-off/custom orders placed via email, Instagram, Sale or 'Last Chance to Buy' items.

If your original choice of item is not in stock we will issue you a Credit Note to be used within 365 days of your original purchase. 

Each of our pieces are designed to last. Please follow the care instructions on the label to ensure that you prolong the life of your item.
