UK SHIPPING

All UK orders will be processed within 2 working days and shipped via DHL Express/Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive the next working day. Once processed, you will receive tracking details to follow your order journey and the delivery will require a signature upon arrival.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders will be processed within 2 working days and shipped with DHL Express to arrive within 2-4 working days. Once processed, you will receive tracking details to follow your order journey and the delivery will require a signature upon arrival. 

Please note BIJOUTIER LONDON can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. All international orders (outside of the UK) may be subject to sales tax, import duties and customs charges at the receivers expense. The rate is determined by the receiving country, please contact your local customs authority for further information. 

If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to us you will be liable for the additional fee’s charged for return and re-delivery.
